General Shipping Information All of our items ship via USPS Flat Rate Domestic.

Processing & Delivery Times The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type of product you purchased:

  • Ready to Ship (In-Stock): These items ship the next business day. You can expect arrival within 2-3 business days after shipping.
  • Made-to-Order: These items are created specifically for you. Expect shipping to occur 4-6 weeks after purchase.
  • Campaigns: Campaign items are special pre-order projects that are manufactured only after the campaign successfully funds.
    • Timeline: Shipping timelines vary by campaign. Please check the specific product page for the estimated shipping date.
    • Process: Production begins only after the campaign closes and the funding goal is met. Once manufacturing is complete, orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Domestic.
    • Unfunded Campaigns: If a campaign does not reach its funding goal, the project will not be manufactured, no items will be shipped, and you will be fully refunded.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
